We are living in very uncertain times. Daily we are finding out about more and more activities that have been cancelled and although we cannot control what is happening around us, we can control our own actions and our own thoughts. But we need to remember there is one thing that no one can cancel —and that is LOVE. in 1965 Burt Bacharach wrote a classic song called What the World Needs Now and the lyrics to that song are just as relevant now as they were back then. This week I encourage you to stretch your mind around some of the lyrics in this song. How do you give and receive love? Do you only show love to those you care about? Do you believe everyone, regardless of their religious or political views deserve love? Everyday we are faced with many choices and we have control over whether we choose love in any given situation. Give yourself 8 minutes of mind stretching exercise and take a listen. You deserve love and you deserve to take the time for YOU.
